General inquiries:
You may have received an invitation to an event created by one of our users. If this was a mistake, use the unsubscribe link at the end of your email to remove all your informations from our site.

Manage invitations inquiries:
If a guest’s status shows ‘Email address not reachable – failed bounce,’ this means the email sent was undeliverable due to an error in the email address. Please verify the guest’s email for accuracy and correct any mistakes, then attempt to resend the communication.
Email in Queue: The email is scheduled for sending but has not yet been dispatched.
Email Sent: The email has been successfully sent to the guest’s email address.
Email Not Sent Due to an Error: An error prevented the email from being sent. Please check for any issues and try sending again.
Guest Requested to Unsubscribe: The guest has opted out of receiving further communications from the system.
Deleted: The guest’s invitation has been removed from the system.
Email Address Not Reachable – Failed Bounce: The email could not be delivered because the email address was incorrect or unreachable. Please verify and correct the email address.
Email Delivered: The email has successfully reached the guest’s inbox.
Email Opened: The guest has opened the email, indicating they’ve likely seen the content.
Invitation Link Clicked: The guest has clicked on the invitation link within the email, showing interest or intent to respond.
Responded: The guest has completed the action requested in the invitation, such as RSVPing.
